Stunning large Poole Pottery dish from the Poole Freeform range. This Poole dish/charger is shape number 920 and is a massive 13" in diameter. It has been decorated in the PRB pattern designed by Alfred Read in the 1950s and displays intertwined lines over a caramel brown base. An example of the modern, clean and stylish designs the Poole pottery were producing during the 1950s and 1960s.

On its base it has the late 1950s Poole England pottery mark, the impressed shape number 920, the painted pattern code PRB and the letters E and X indicating it was an Elaborate hand painted pattern painted by Gwen Haskins.

Condition: Excellent overall condition. A stunning contemporary charger from the fabulous Poole Pottery.
