Troika Cube Vase – Linda Hazel

Decorated by Linda Hazel this Troika Pottery vase dates from the early 1970’s when the pottery was based in Newlyn in Cornwall, England. It is a textured range piece with all four sides featuring an abstract design picked out in contrasting colours. This Troika Cube vase is fully glazed in white on the inside and has the painted Troika pottery mark on its base.

Troika Cube By Alison Brigden

This Troika vase decorated by Alison Brigden dates from 1977 – 1983. The bright blue sections of decoration really stand out against the oatmeal brown base of the vase.

The Troika Cube vase is called a cube vase because of just that – it is shaped like a cube! With a full square open top it can not only be a decorative item but a functional piece if you choose to use it as well!

Troika Pottery Louise Jinks Marmalade Vase

This Troika vase is heavily coloured with a vivid blue base which is quite popular with some collectors as the colouring really stands out against the browns and abstract decorations seen on many Troika pieces. Decorated by Louise Jinks this Troika vase this particular vase can be dated to the end of the 1970’s, c1976-1981.

The Troika Marmalade vase is a square vase in shape finished with a smooth glazed top – people often use this Troika vase shape as a pen pot!

Troika Pottery Coffin Vase By Penny Black

A recent addition to the Perfect Pieces Troika Pottery section just in time for your Christmas shopping is this super Troika Pottery Coffin shaped vase:

Troika Coffin Vase

This Troika vase is from the textured range and is called a Coffin vase – due to its shape! Decorated by Penny Black with an oatmeal brown base the cross motif on the front is enhanced in colours of blues and deep browns.

This Troika vase dates from when the pottery was based in Newlyn in Cornwall, England. It moved to Newlyn c1970 from St Ives and remained there until it closed in c1983.

Unusual Troika Pottery Slab Vase By Marilyn Pascoe

The latest addition to the Perfect Pieces Troika Pottery section is this unusual Troika Pottery Slab vase with the design in relief on one side:

Troika Slab Vase – Marilyn Pascoe

This particular Troika slab vase has blue glazed sides with a textured front and back. It has been decorated by Marilyn Pascoe. Marilyn started work at the Cornish pottery in the late 1960’s when it was based in Newlyn in Cornwall. The pottery moved to Newlyn in Cornwall in 1970 and Marilyn remained working at it until c1974. This vase has the black painted pottery mark, Troika Cornwall England, on its base so in combination with when Marilyn Pascoe worked there we can date this Troika vase to c1970-1974.

This tall Troika vase is called a rectangular vase and is a piece from the textured range that the Cornish pottery produced – this means all sides are of a textured finish! This particular Troika vase has been decorated by Alison Brigden who worked at the pottery in Newlyn in Cornwall, England.

This is a textured Troika Cube vase decorated by Anne Lewis. The cube vase produced by the Troika pottery is a popular shape and can be found with many different designs and abstract patterns. This particular Troika vase has a helmet design on one side that has been picked out in the decoration in a vivid blue – really highlighting the design.

Troika Cube Vase By Teo Bernatowitz FOR SALE

Another new addition to the Perfect Pieces Troika Pottery section just in time for your Christmas shopping is this lovely Troika cube vase:

Troika Cube Vase, Teo Bernatowitz – Click here

This Troika cube vase has been decorated by the popular Teo Bernatowitz. Unlike other Troika decorators, Teo only worked at the pottery for a short time around 18 months c1974 when it was based in Newlyn in Cornwall, England.

This Troika cube vase has an overall light blue colouring with the abstract decoration picked out in darker detailing. Marked underneath with the black painted Troika mark, this Troika vase dates c1974.

Troika Pottery Marmalade Vase For Sale – Unusual Face Design

A new addition to the Perfect Pieces Troika Pottery section is this superb Troika Marmalade vase with an abstract face design on one side:

Troika Pottery Marmalade Vase

This Troika vase has four textured sides and a deep blue rounded glazed top. On one side you’ll see it has a face pattern with eyes, nose and mouth with the eyes and mouth picked out in brown.

The Troika Pottery was originally based in St Ives in Cornwall, England, but later, c1970, moved to Newlyn where this piece was made. It continued producing pottery in Newlyn, Cornwall until its eventual decline and closure in 1983 – only 20 years after first opening!
