If you’re a PenDelfin collector you’ve probably got shelves or glass cabinets full of bunny rabbits, perhaps standing on some of the PenDelfin stands such as the PenDelfin Jetty or in the PenDelfin Schoolhouse.
PenDelfin produced many different adorable rabbits but they also designed a few other animals too including a small PenDelfin mouse family which included Mother Mouse, Father Mouse and Lollipop Mouse. The PenDelfin Mouse family appeared with brown and grey coloured mice!

Along with the mice they also designed a couple of PenDelfin Dogs including the PenDelfin Pooch dog and the PenDelfin Tammy Puppy.

So whether it’s bunny rabbits, mice or dogs the PenDelfin Studios experimented with a few animal types allowing you to add variety your PenDelfin rabbit collection.

PenDelfin Pooch, PenDelfin Rosa & PenDelfin Duffy
The PenDelfin Pooch dog was designed by Doreen Noel Roberts and is one of the earlier PenDelfin figurines introduced back in 1962 – he was retired from production in c1987.
The PenDelfin Rosa rabbit was designed by PenDelfin founder Jean Walmsley Heap and only produced by the PenDelfin pottery from c1982 until 1984. She would look right at home on the PenDelfin Bandstand or PenDelfin Concert Stand.
The PenDelfin rabbit Duffy was also designed by Jean Walmsley Heap. He was introduced into the rabbit family in 1989 and stands happily in the corner of the old PenDelfin Schoolhouse with fellow students Digit and Euclid!

If you are a collector of Dogs, which I know may people are, then why not take a look at some of the pottery dog figurines we have for sale here at Perfect Pieces.
The Crown Devon pottery made a range of novelty figurines including this Crown Devon Perky Pup. Dating to around the 1930’s this adorable fellow is patchy in colour with little red eyes looking upwards.
Alternatively, we have this Wade figurine based on the Mabel Lucie Attwell ‘Sarah’ character, who is running after her rather sprightly puppy! This particular Wade figurine dates from the late 1950’s to 1961 and is a rather sweet figurine from this ever popular and collectable pottery.
Still looking for something a little different, then why not try a piece of PenDelfin? They produced a few different dog figurines to liven things up with all those rabbits! The Tammy puppy dog was first produced in 1957 and retired in 1987. He was designed by the well-known PenDelfin founder Jean Walmsley Heap. Alternatively, there is the PenDelfin Pooch dog who was introduced into the PenDelfin rabbit family in 1962 and also retired in 1987! He was originally designed by Doreen Noel Rabbits and easily integrated into the PenDelfin rabbit family with being brown and having his own patterned coat (like lots of the PenDelfin rabbits).
