The latest addition to the Perfect Pieces Troika Pottery section is this super bright Troika Cylinder vase decorated by Linda Hazel.
Linda Hazel worked as a decorator at the Cornish pottery Troika when it was based in Newlyn in Cornwall – she was there in the early 1970′s. This Troika cylinder vase stands approximately 14cm tall and has the recognisable roundels design all over the body of the vase.
The cylinder vase was produced in a range of sizes by the Troika pottery – this example is the small cylinder vase.

These Marmalade vases have been decorated by Penny Black who worked at the pottery from the 1960′s until 1976. Decorated with interesting abstract and recognisable designs on all sides they are lovely vases, typical of the textured range that the Troika pottery produced.
