Unusual PenDelfin Rabbit Midge, Jean Walmsley Heap

The latest addition to the Perfect Pieces PenDelfin rabbit section is this cute little PenDelfin rabbit Midge with 2 crumbs.

PenDelfin Rabbit Midge - 2 Crumbs!

The PenDelfin Midge was designed by the popular PenDelfin founder Jean Walmsley Heap and as you’ll tell from the photograph he is one of the earlier rabbits to be produced by PenDelfin. Only in production for around 10 years from c1956 he is a collectable and very cute PenDelfin rabbit!

PenDelfin Midge is a food related PenDelfin rabbit (he’s eating a biscuit!) so would sit happily in a PenDelfin Kitchen, near the PenDelfin Fruit Shop or on the Picnic Stand happily talking to Muncher or Lucy Pocket!

New To Our PenDelfin Display Stand Section – Retired PenDelfin Picnic Stand

Filed under: New Stock, PenDelfin — Tags: , — Tess @ 7:00 pm

New to our PenDelfin display stands section is an early PenDelfin Picnic Stand display piece designed by the famous PenDelfin founder Jean Walmsley Heap.

This PenDelfin display piece can hold up to four PenDelfin rabbits that can all gather around the kettle that is bubbling away above a fire in the centre of the stand! This stand was designed by the PenDelfin founder Jean Walmsley Heap and is one of the earlier designed PenDelfin stands in production from c1965 until c1985.

This PenDelfin display stand comes complete with it’s original green felt and PenDelfin pottery label on its base. At approximately 22cm long this PenDelfin display stand is not a really large stand like the Old School House or the PenDelfin Jetty so doesn’t require a lot of room within your collection. Having said that it does display the PenDelfin rabbits nicely and looks fantastic among the outdoor display stands such as the Picnic Island or the Timber Stand!
