The latest addition to the Perfect Pieces Troika pottery section is this very bright and colourful Troika pottery small wheel vase:

This vase has been decorated with a bright blue base with the abstract decoration picked out in contrasting colours. It has been decorated by the well-known Marilyn Pascoe who worked at the pottery when they were originally based in St Ives and moved with them to Newlyn in Cornwall, England.

This piece is from the Newyln period of Troika and can be dated c1970-1974.

It has interesting patterns on both sides – one side features and abstract face and the other a stick man! Click here to view further photographs of this superb vase.
